Transport and payment methods

DELIVERY METHODS:

1.) Personal collection in the ProHotel warehouse - Náměstí 7, 507 58, Mlázovice (free of charge).

2.) Czech Post (across the Czech Republic) – “Balík na poštu” (125 CZK incl. VAT). In the case of fragile goods, the shipment is automatically insured against breakage.

3.) Czech Post (across the Czech Republic) – “Balík do ruky” (139 CZK incl. VAT). In the case of fragile goods, the shipment is automatically insured against breakage.

4.) PPL CR (119 CZK incl. VAT). In the case of fragile goods, the shipment will be automatically sent via ČP (price 139 CZK incl. VAT).

5.) PPL SR (339 CZK incl. VAT). In the case of fragile goods, we will contact you regarding the method of transport and price.

6.) “Zásilkovna” in the Czech Republic (67 CZK incl. VAT). In the case of fragile goods or shipments over 5 kg, we will contact you regarding the method of transport and price.

7.) “Zásilkovna” in the Slovak Republic (90 CZK incl. VAT). In the case of fragile goods or shipments over 5 kg, we will contact you regarding the method of transport and price.

Orders over 5000 CZK excluding VAT - FREE shipping.

Shipments over 10 kg - we will contact you in advance and the price of transport will be agreed individually by mutual agreement.

In the case of wholesale, the transport is always paid by the customer, it is possible to arrange your own pick-up.

PAYMENT METHODS:

1.) Payment in advance by bank transfer (Raiffeisenbank: 4776803001/5500).

In the case of this payment method, please wait for confirmation of the availability of goods and the expected delivery date (we will contact you no later than the next working day).

2.) Payment on delivery CZ (40 CZK ncl. VAT).

3.) Payment on delivery SK (60 CZK ncl. VAT).

4.) GoPay - payment by card ONLINE.

5.) GoPay - payment by ONLINE transfer - KB Mojeplatba, RB ePayments, mBank mMoney, Fio.
